Data processing for customer sites
Customers decide whether and where to deploy InstantBlock. The verification can process personal data of their visitors, including device fingerprints and interaction records. Where InstantNode acts as a processor, the customer and InstantNode need an Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement covering InstantBlock before that processing starts.
The existing InstantNode Data Processing Agreement describes booked hosting and infrastructure services. It does not clearly list InstantBlock's browser verification as its subject. Please contact contact@instantnode.eu to confirm an agreement and instructions that expressly cover this service, its data categories, retention and any subprocessors. This page itself is not a signed DPA.
